Hidden from view and nestled in the rolling countryside of Berry, Warriwul Homestead is a luxurious private retreat where rustic charm meets Mediterranean elegance. Set on three secluded acres, this peaceful escape is just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from Berry village, 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach, and within easy reach of Jervis Bay and Kangaroo Valley. The winding driveway leads to a beautifully restored home, where rendered walls, timber beams, and French doors create a warm and inviting space filled with natural light and garden views.

Inside, Warriwul Homestead is designed for both relaxation and connection. The open plan living and dining areas flow effortlessly, with a fully equipped country kitchen, sunlit dining space, and cosy fireside lounges. Large bay windows frame the gardens, while multiple sitting areas offer a quiet retreat. The homestead features four spacious bedrooms dressed in luxurious linen—a king suite with an ensuite, a queen bedroom with its own ensuite, and another queen bedroom alongside a four-bed bunk room with king single beds, both with a bathroom right next door. Each room has direct access to a courtyard or veranda, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the fresh country air and birdsong.

Surrounded by lush gardens, Warriwul Homestead invites guests to slow down, come together and savour the outdoors. A solar-heated mineral infinity pool overlooks the creek and ancient trees, offering the perfect spot to relax. The property’s courtyards and shaded nooks provide peaceful spaces to unwind, while a former potter’s studio turned games retreat—complete with a pool table, foosball, table tennis and firepit—adds a playful touch to the experience. For a truly indulgent escape, the outdoor private bathroom features a claw-footed bath and shower, creating a tranquil oasis off the magnolia courtyard. Light some candles, sink into the warm water, and let the sounds of nature melt the world away.

Also located on the property is Warriwul Cottage, a charming two-king bedroom retreat available to book separately or alongside the Homestead. Offering its own space and privacy, and hidden from view by established garden beds, the Cottage is perfect for couples, smaller groups, or additional guests seeking a quiet escape within the same stunning surroundings.

An Absolutely Perfect Family Retreat at Warriwul Homestead!

Ellen P - 11th July 2025

My extended family spent the weekend at Warriwul Homestead and we absolutely loved every single moment! This property is truly a gem and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were in love! What made us select this home was the way the home was designed for bringing families together. There are wonderful living spaces where we could be together, yet also enough room for everyone to find their own quiet corner and "do their own thing,". The kitchen was a highlight for us. We cooked some delicious meals there, and it genuinely had everything we needed and more – it was incredibly well-equipped. Outside, the garden was an absolute dream for the kids! Our boys especially loved the soccer net, and they spent hours playing and exploring the beautiful garden. It's clear a lot of thought has gone into making it a wonderful space for all ages. The location is perfect too. We walked into town altogether - the kids loved the local park and the adults enjoyed a delicious coffee and a little shopping. It's clear that the host has poured a lot of love into this property, and that care truly shines through in every detail. This weekend getaway was genuinely the highlight of our year, we enjoyed precious time together as a family. Thank you for having us, we will be back!

Amazing Oasis

Frances W - 23rd May 2025

We’ve been so fortunate to stay at both the cottage for a couples weekend and with the whole family at the homestead, and what an amazing oasis. Whether it’s spending time in the games room, the pool or taking a leisurely walk along the local laneways or into Berry we found so much to keep us occupied and it was all such a lovely change of scenery from Sydney. The kids loved staying in the bunk room, playing board games and exploring the property. There was so many beautiful bedrooms for us to choose from and an extensively stocked kitchen which was a joy to cook in and had everything we needed for an ‘at home’ dinner party. Plus we all enjoyed a delicious meal out at Berry Hotel on our arrival. A highlight was the time spent at 7 mile beach which was a short drive. We’ll be back again soon, as there is something for everyone and we still have so much to explore in Berry and the surrounding area.

We absolutely loved every to trip to Berry

Nicki D - 22nd December 2024

The property is nothing short of perfect for both of these occasions, with enough space to luxuriously accommodate our larger run club group of between 6-8 women, and boundless space for my family of four. On our girls weekends, we took short jogs into Berry town for brunch and coffee, walked in for a shopping spree and dinner, and explored the nearby trails. The location of Warriwul is honestly ideal - you're not too far to be able to make the walk (with kids too) but also not so close that you feel you're too close to the bustle of a busy Berry on a Saturday morning. The cicadas in summer were just pure magic, and spending time in the games room, playing pool, darts or table tennis with the kids was just idyllic, and the pool in summer was also a DREAM! The beds were all so comfortable, the rooms so spacious, plenty of bathrooms and space to relax and enjoy yourself in the quiet space. The kitchen is an absolute dream, with heaps of space to prepare dinner, cheese platters and more. We've absolutely loved every to trip to Berry, and staying at Warriwul is really the most ideal way to experience all that the town has to offer. I can't wait to go back!
