This charming two story, two bedroom villa is located right in the heart of Berry and is perfect for couples or a small family.
Only a 2 hour drive from the centre of Sydney you will feel right at home when you walk into the beautifully furnished cottage. Upstairs the bedrooms are stylishly appointed with luxurious crisp linen. The main bedroom has an ensuite with bath. The second bedroom has 2 king single beds and overlooks the leafy reserve. A second bathroom upstairs makes the cottage the perfect accommodation for two friends or couples wanting their own space.
The lower level features an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with a gorgeous chaise lounge and a stylish dining setting to sit at and enjoy the meal you have cooked using the local produce and delights you have picked up on your adventures around Berry. For the foodies and guests that don’t want to cook you can take a very short walk to one of Berrys restaurants like the Chefs hatted South on Albany, The Hungry Monkey, The Lions Den or The Post house – Thai. You will be delighted with this smart, refurbished cottage which also features a third toilet downstairs, BBQ, direct access to the reserve behind as well as air conditioning downstairs.
Take a walk during the day down to the boutique shops in Berry and pick up a coffee at one of the many cafes or take your coffee home and sit on the front deck and enjoy the sunshine.
