Welcome to ‘Narnia’, a beautiful luxurious country home and loft in an exclusive location, just three minutes away from the village of Berry, this property boasts the best of both worlds; a private, secluded retreat and a one-of-a-kind, high-end place to create unforgettable memories.
Enjoy the beautiful kitchen, fit for the chef in you to cook a delicious meal with friends and family. Then, serve the meal up in the dining room, an entertainer’s dream. The dining room and the stunning living/games room are divided by an elegant fireplace; this is a home to gather with friends and family, to relax on the comfy lounges or enjoy a game of pool. The areas are filled with light streaming in through the glass windows and doors that lead to the covered verandah, which wraps all around the property. Here’s the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining or simply to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while taking in the view of the well-manicured gardens and the sun rising over the mountains.
Off the living areas are two spacious, comfortable bedrooms with built-in robes and vast windows. Both rooms share a light-filled bathroom with a luxe bathtub and large walk-in shower. The first feature of the main suite, upstairs for added privacy, is a king-size bed, accompanied by a beautiful seating area and an ensuite.
Narnia is located on a working Angus cattle farm, surrounded by amazing landscape overlooking the expansive green paddocks and magical mountain views.
We also have another property on the next farm over called Carlyle Cottage that is perfect for another 9 guests.

From 19th December – 27th January -Please note – we do not accept any back-to-back bookings during this time. If there are guests checking IN or OUT backing onto your selected dates (if you have selected online) we will ask to you move your booking back one day before confirming the details.
Firewood is provided from the Easter Long weekend through to the October long weekend or as advised by the NSW Rural Fire Service – Fire Danger Ratings and Fire Bans
