Sleeping up to ten people, this retreat is the perfect spot to enjoy the country in luxury, whilst being only a 2 minute drive to spectacular Seven Mile Beach.
This comfortable, contemporary styled residence is a spacious one storey house with five bedrooms including queen and king single beds, plus three bathrooms and a separate toilet and shower.
The modern furnishings throughout present various spots to relax and unwind including a childrens retreat, at one end of the house, with its own cosy lounge and TV. The separate open plan living area has a more formal lounge with DVD/CD, open modern kitchen and dining area all incorporating stylish leather seating and elegant glass tables. This leads out to a paved courtyard with an outdoor setting and a barbeque perfect for al fresco dining. There is a also a table tennis table stored in the garage for guests use.
As its name suggests, Masai Mara is scattered with tasteful paintings, photos and ornaments influenced by the owners love of the impressive African Game Reserve and its inhabitants, the Masai people. The house is surrounded by a luscious expanse of green lawns, which is the perfect spot for a game of boulles or to soak up the natural serenity looking over the native bush land. The property also has a small dam with a pontoon where guests can dangle their legs and gaze at the resident ducks. The property is situated in a very quiet and private spot, whilst being ideally located close to the beach and Berry, which offers plenty to do including markets, shops and cafes.
