Amazing time

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house, vast and stunning gardens, the beautiful fish. It is a dream place. We are a family with two young girls and it was perfect for us. The extra fridge in the garage meant we could do a full weeks shop and then relax. The proximity to Berry town and the beach was so good. So peaceful but close to everything. Our girls fell in love with the fish, giving them names and feeding them everyday and swinging on the tree swing. We played our travel badminton on the lawn and I painted in the garden. The lounge room is large, light and airy with big climb in comfy couches. It was truely magical and we’d highly recommend it to others.

Even better in real life

Absolutely stunning home and garden - even better than the listing described. We (including kids aged 7 & 13) would move there tomorrow if we could! Glenn is a fabulous host, super responsive and helpful. We're booking for next year.

Glorious Weekend

We have had the absolute pleasure to spend a glorious weekend at Berry Beach Cottage. We had no real expectations, having been to a couple of other Airbnb establishments over the past couple of years (including recently in the USA). Once inside the property, we were immediately struck by the beauty and serenity. Inside, the establishment almost took our breath away. The house exudes warmth and charm. This property exceeded all our expectations and is more beautiful in reality. The kitchen and living space are brilliant. Nothing was left to chance. There was even fresh milk in the refrigerator and fresh muffins left for us and beds are some of the best we have ever used, the sheets were really soft and nothing was left wanting. The gardens are among some of the most extraordinary we have ever seen. There is even a dam with Koi in it. Three days is just not enough to enjoy the warmth and hospitality of an extraordinary wonderland, which works wonders in the process of unwinding.

A beautiful peaceful location just outside the town of Berry. Hosts on hand if needed but not intrusive. House is really stunning & so are the gardens.

Wonderful & relaxing

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Berry Beach Holiday Cottage. Great central location to Berry, Gerroa, Gerringong & Seven Mile Beach. The cottage is very comfortable & set in stunning gardens. It exceeded our expectations so we would highly recommend it as destination for a stay near Berry.

Immaculate!

Immaculate property with beautiful well maintained gardens. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Thoughtful and generous hosts who provided all we needed. Fire pit was a lovely addition, great atmosphere overall.

Perfect for a weekend or midweek retreat / escape.

Great accommodation for 1 or 2 couples, upstairs open plan lounge, dining, kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms downstairs & large bath/shower bathroom with open outdoor (private) shower. Tuscan style courtyard with BBQ area and large cabana with fire pit to have a drink and watch the beautiful sunsets, overlooking private lake in the award winning stunning garden surrounds. 15 minute walk to beautiful 7 Mile Beach or 5 minute drive to Berry Village with wonderful pub, cafes and boutique shops.

Absolutely perfect

Absolutely stunning cottage & surrounding gardens. Attention to detail was second to none. Everything you could possibly need was accommodated for, from fresh muffins to milk in the fridge to mozzie coils & fire wood to enjoy the cabana. We had a beautiful stay and can’t wait to return another time soon.

Had the most relaxing time! Cottage is beautiful with well thoughtly decorated, and kitchen is in good condition. Though we did note the were areas of the cottage which could have been cleaner with dust on edges of the room, cobwebs on the ceiling and a dead spider in the corner of the living room. The garden is absolutely amazing, spacious and well manicured. While you can see the owner residence from the cottage, privacy is respected.

Picturesque cottage!

What a beautiful and charming cottage set in such a pretty garden setting. We particularly loved spending time relaxing in the cabana and lighting the fire at the end of a lovely day. The cottage was very comfortable and had every thing we needed. Great location very close to seven mile beach, Gerroa/Gerringong and Berry.

Peace, Relaxation and Tranquility

Definitely a location that enables you sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The gardens are beautifully laid out and enable you to unwind quickly. The cottage is ideally situated just outside Berry, close to local wineries and beautiful coastline , and provides very comfortable accommodation.

Perfect Getaway "Wow" you have to stay here without a doubt. We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect. The owners supplied plunger coffee, tea and milk which was greatly appreciated. The manicured gardens are superb especially the Port Wine Magnolia which was in bloom. The cabana was a great place to have a drink and watch the spectacular sunset after a hard day at the wineries. Stunning country cottage We had an amazing stay at Berry Beach house- and 7 mile beach was only a couple of Mins drive away! The cottage was perfect. It was clean, peaceful and private. We are looking forward to our next stay there!

Beautiful and quiet A girls weekend away and this was a fabulous way to spend it. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the bathroom amazing. We will definitely be back again!

A 'Must Experience' Experience We stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay longer. The photos on the website do not do the property justice - it is even better in real life. Fastidiously maintained, thoughtful design and touches throughout. A great relaxing, scenic and peaceful spot. So comfortable and welcoming - a real home away from home!! Five minutes to Berry township in one direction and three minutes to Seven Mile Beach in the other. Far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet, yet convenient at the same time. The owner's pet cats made it more of a country experience too - real characters. Thank you so much for all the work you have put into this property and allowing city folk like us to enjoy it. Perfect getaway We loved our stay in this well kept cosy home. It was very clean, the huge garden was beautiful and full of flowers, the location was 5 minutes drive to berry shops and cafes, one minute drive to the beach.

A little piece of Italy in the Berry countryside What a beautiful property! The gardens and Italian style courtyard were absolutely breathtaking. Having breakfast in the dappled light of the courtyard, I felt as though I was in the Italian countryside. Inside is just as pretty and talk about picture postcard windows!! The views from the upstairs windows was like looking at a painting. We'll be back!

Spectacular property I booked this property on a spare of the moment idea and I’m so glad I did. The cottage was well equipped, beautifully furnished and located on the most amazing grounds. The fire pit was a real draw card! We will definitely visit again next year!
